Donation/Sponsorship Request Guidelines
Requests: To apply for a donation/sponsorship, please fill out the provided form and submit it no less than three weeks prior to your event. We cannot process requests made within a shorter timeframe.
Not Approved: Due to the high volume of inquiries we receive, we are unable to respond individually to all requests. If you do not receive a confirmation email from us before your event, please consider your request as not approved.
Approved: Should your request be approved, you will receive an email detailing the approved products or hampers and the specific Friday allocated for you to collect your donation.
Collection: You must collect your donation on the designated date and within the specified times as outlined in your approval email. We are unable to accommodate collection outside these parameters.
